u Individual Sessions with Couples or Families

Couples who wish to resolve specific issues that are causing stress will benefit from individual sessions. Jon Meyerson and Beverly Meyerson are both present in the office with you.

To focus on your issues in depth, the sessions are one and a half hours long, twice that of most counseling sessions. Appointments may be scheduled in the daytime or evening, Monday through Friday. Sometimes couples bring other family members in to help work on family issues. Private weekend workshops are available year-round in Sarasota.

We take many classes in school — from basic math and reading to history and philosophy.  Unfortunately, one essential class is seldom offered:  How to communicate effectively and lovingly with our life partner!

Fairy tales and Hollywood movies would have us believe that these skills are automatic. However, the 50% divorce rate and unhappiness for so many who stay married indicates something more is needed.

Couples Communication Tools offers classes to help you understand why you met and fell in love, why you have power struggles, and specific steps you can take to regain the long-term love everyone deserves.
